Be Gentle To YourselfSource 

I’m definitely feeling this at the moment.

The past couple of weeks have been stressful and exhausting. Cue teenage-looking breakouts and needing to be in bed by 10pm at the latest.

I’m enjoying my new job but it is definitely taking it’s toll at the moment. I’m focussing on my word for 2015 – Breathe. Trying to slow myself down a little.

I just need to keep going and trying my best; plodding on even when it seems overwhelming. How do you deal with stressful times?
